No, so we don’t celebrate Valentine’s Day, but this year’s turned out pretty swell. We agreed to not buy gifts, but we ended up finding random small gifts anyway… the same exact thing (fyi, it was mochi ice cream). It was a shocking to say the least. So I said, why the hell not let’s indulge, and made Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting. I was really happy with the recipe and they came in handy for our snowboarding trip later that day! :D
